Being a Christian doesn't exempt us from a journey filled with obstacles and setbacks. These challenges can disrupt our lives and make us feel uncomfortable.  It is through these difficult experiences that we can learn, develop and mature.  I get it and I am here for you.

Life sometimes elicits feelings of inadequacies.  We all have different strengths and weaknesses and the only way we evolve is through learning and experience.  If you are feeling stressed or lack confidence and competence to handle life's challenges and opportunities, I can strengthen you in developing effective life skills to meet a constantly changing environment. 

Addiction is very real, but so is your story.  Vulnerabilities, environmental stressors, social pressures and mental health deficits all contribute to addiction.  If you are feeling hopeless, powerless and isolated, take the first step by joining and connecting with other people who are dealing with similar challenges.  You will encounter a safe place to share your experiences and feelings. You will also discover support and coping strategies to rise above your situation.
